The objective when conducting an executive search assignment is to:

  • Retain the best possible candidate.

To be successful such an process must ensure that we totally understand the nature and origin of our clients needs and are able to define with accuracy the ideal profile of the candidates as well as the key elements of the position to be filled. This presupposes that a relationship of confidence must be established between the client and the consultant so that the client can freely divulge the essential information required to allow a successful search. Another key element to the success of an executive search assignment is the capability to identify a sufficient number of interesting candidates.

To this end, our research department uses a number of state-of-the-art tools, such as our interactive Web database. This technology is combined with our experience in finding and approaching the best possible candidates in a targeted and confidential manner. The candidate evaluation is made by our senior consultants. They can all look back on successful careers in industry and have held CEO positions in various blue-chip corporations. This experience combined with the training they have received enables them to make an in-depth analysis of the candidates skills and better understand their motivation to undertake a new career challenge.

To underline our function as consultants in management resources, we continue to assist our clients until the chosen candidate has been hired. This includes amongst other things, checking out the references and participation in the first client/candidate interview. Our service does not terminate at that point however, since we will re-contact both client and candidate after the first few months to ensure the hiring has been successful.
