Eric-A. Denzler is a Graduate Engineer with a degree from the Zurich
Federal Institute of Technology and almost forty years business
experience. He was a senior manager and director in the manufacturing
and building products industries, working for several years in a Swiss
family-owned business, before moving into international companies. He
worked for one of the world's most respected consultants, McKinsey,
advising on organisation. |
| After having managed the Swiss subsidiary of the Forbo group, was later appointed Group European Marketing Director. Then for ten years headed up the Swiss operations of Spencer Stuart, the international executive search firm. In 1995, became an independent business adviser and is now firmly established in the fields of personnel management and executive search.
In 1997, formed Denzler and Partners in Nyon, near Geneva with the purpose to provide Management Audit and Human Resource Consulting services to local and international clients. Since January 2008, Eric-A. Denzler concentrates on advising key clients in their efforts to structure, maintain and develop their top management. Multilingual in French, English, German and Swiss German.
