At a period in their career when many senior executives start to think about what they will do when they retire, Eric-A. Denzler decided that it was the right time for him to create his own firm and to capitalize on twenty years of senior executive experience and fifteen years as a management resources consultant.

Together with partners sharing the same vision of human resources, the same ethics as consultants, and above all, the conviction that the Internet would definitely change executive search, they decided in 1996 to create "Denzler & Partners".

The initial objective was as simple as it was ambitious: to deliver a top class service based on the key criteria of executive search, including a strict adherence to an impeccable set of ethics, whilst at the same time using the Internet and its huge possibilities as a key differentiator.

This led to the launch of one of the first interactive data bases of the market, still in use today, having been regularly upgraded and improved.

Perceived in the media and the lemanic region as a leading Executive Search consultancy, Denzler & Partners develops its activities internationally and advises companies on their executive recruitment needs prior to identifying suitable candidates in Switzerland and abroad.

Today, the Denzler & Partners team is made of highly experienced people and is owned and run by Jack Salom, Managing Partner, who joined in 2005, right after holding for many years the CEO position with DBM (Switzerland).
