At a period in their career when many senior executives start to think
about what they will do when they retire, Eric-A. Denzler
decided that it was the right time for him to create his own firm and
to capitalize on twenty years of senior executive experience and
fifteen years as a management resources consultant.
Together with partners sharing the
same vision of human resources, the same ethics as consultants, and
above all the conviction that the Internet would definitely change
executive search, they decided in 1996 to create "Denzler &
Partners".
The initial objective was as simple
as it was ambitious: to deliver a top class service based on the key
criteria of executive search, including a strict adherence to an
impeccable set of ethics, whilst at the same time using the Internet
and its huge possibilities as a key differentiator.
This led to the launch of Talents®
in 1997. This technology is offered and regularly upgraded by e-talents
SA to wich Denzler & Partners has outsourced the hosting of its interactive database.
Together with Jack Salom, who has
joined the Firm right after holding for many years the CEO position
with DBM (Switzerland), the Denzler & Partners team is made of
highly skilled people.
